[SOLVED] Some Prices do not show #1779
Joomla 3.4.1
VMUIkit 2.0.14 (downloaded PM on 23/4/15)
EAT 1.0.6
VM 3.0.8

Please see my 4 attached screenshot below too, as these show my setup and what I see front end

I have a base price & an overide price.
So that I can display to my shoppers, the RRP Price & the special Web Price.

But in VM UI KIt only the overide price shows up. As you can see from screenshots, when i revert to protostar template the prices show up perfectly, but when back in VMUIkit only base price (without label) & discount show up.

Please can you help/advise?

I know you are busy guys, but can someone please acknowledge this.
Is there anything that can be done within VMuikit to fix this?
Will it be added in the future?

Yes we will see if we can add the default code for the price showing here... But we need to show things with a big price to look good. But as its hard to know what price people want big we havve defaulted to baseprice or price without tax only.

We need to figure out a way to have params in the backend to choose what price will show up in green and big etc.

For now I think Mani can guide you to the file so you can do changes manually

OK that would be handy.

I thought switching the price on/off in vm configuration was enough to display or not display images?

Suggestion - Maybe the base price should show in your nice "big" css style as the default price > Unless there is discounted price, where it then renders with a strikethrough or something similar to distinguish that this is the original non-discounted price.

I think most webshops, typically display a base/RRP price and then a discounted price, to show the customers how much they are saving.

Thanks,
Andy

[SOLVED] Some Prices do not show #1830
I notice there is now an option in VMuikit component settings to choose which price shows big, this still does not help with showing;

RRP : $99.99
Sale Price: $49.99
You Save : $50

Also maybe there is a bug introduced?

When I view prices in category view, I see sale price and the amount saved.
But when i view an actual product, the price shows the Base/RRP Price & the amount saved.

I have tested every instance of "Which price should show large" in teh VMuikit component and only BasePrice or 0 is shown in product view.

Screenshots attached for this;
