We started by building the new application system with an advanced form divided into several different sections. In Joomla's admin, their administrators can then view and manage the applications and grant or decline the support. Furthermore, a reporting section was also needed, which will be sent out after the project has been completed. The organizer will then receive a link to a new form, which will then be saved on their application. After administrators have looked at this, they can publish the public parts of the report and the project on the website at the touch of a button. More features are a statistics compilation to keep track of distributed money and that logged-in organizers can see the compilation of their own projects on the front end.

We developed the website in the same joomla installation and gave it a completely new layout and design using their graphic profile. The site would be simple, modern and collect articles from different authors in different categories and with different tags. We also expanded Joomla's blog views so that both tags and authors could have the same functionality as categories.
